NovAtel SPAN ISA-100C separate (high-order) inertial satellite locator
The IMU-ISA-100C utilizes Northrop-Grumman Litef GMBH's proven inertial measurement technology, which provides excellent performance when used with NovAtel SPAN receivers. The IMU-ISA-100C is a near-navigation-grade sensor that includes a fiber optic gyroscope and a fully temperature-compensated microelectromechanical system (MEMS) accelerometer. The IMU design is compact, low power, lightweight, and has an extensive built-in test set. The IMU-ISA-100C operates from 9-34 VDC and interfaces with NovAtel's PwrPak7® via a highly reliable IMU interface. The SPAN receiver uses IMU measurements to compute a hybrid GNSS+INS position, velocity and attitude solution at rates up to 200 Hz.
