The G5Ant-42XXX product family is a multi-frequency antenna for securing Global Navigation Satellite Signal (GNSS) signal reception. This Antcom "G5" antenna operates in five frequency bands, including support for GLONASS L1, GPS L1, L-Band, GLONASS L2, and GPS L2. The backplane is designed to be compatible with ARINC 743 mounting holes and footprint requirements. The seal between the O-ring antenna and your platform ensures easy installation. This product line is available in passive and active (amplified) configurations. Active configuration provides 2-stage integrated bandpass filtering rejection and limiting diodes for high out-of-band to protect sensitive receiver electronics. The passive configuration is best suited for applications where the antenna is close to the GNSS receiver and provides the lowest insertion loss to minimize the noise figure of the system.
